Position description
We’re Hiring:
SAP Basis Consultant - Portugal
Location: Remote - Portugal Based
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Language: English Project (Portuguese NOT required)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Basis Contractor to support, manage, and optimize our SAP S/4HANA RISE landscape. The consultant will handle core Basis operations and lead critical technical initiatives to ensure system stability, performance, and readiness for upcoming go‑live milestones.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in SAP Basis administration for S/4HANA and RISE environments.
- Expertise in performance tuning, sizing, and capacity planning.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP Cloud ALM
- Transport Management
- Dual-track landscapes
- Proficiency in SAP HANA DB administration, SUM/DMO, and upgrade methodologies.
- Understanding of BW upgrade processes and interdependencies.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and clear communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
- SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP HANA)
- SAP S/4HANA Technical Administration
