After recent success they are looking to expand their HRIT team.

Your Role

In this position, you will:

• Lead and support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Run requirement‑gathering sessions and define roadmaps with customers
• Configure and enhance EC, including integrations with SAP HCM
• Analyse, optimise, and document HR processes and system configurations
• Support testing phases (SIT/UAT) and guide customers through go‑lives
• Work closely with HR stakeholders to deliver best‑practice solutions

What You Bring

• Strong experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration & consulting
• Solid understanding of HR processes and SAP Best Practices
• Ideally certified in EC
• Excellent communication skills and a structured, solution‑oriented mindset
• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills
