Recruit 121 is currently searching for a Senior SAP S/4HANA SD / OTC Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and enhancing a global Quote-to-Cash and After-Sales landscape.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

• Serving as a functional SME for SAP S/4HANA SD
• Owning and improving the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including delivery and installation flows
• Managing system change requests from requirements through go-live support
• Overseeing Salesforce CPQ ↔ SAP integration to ensure clean, reliable data flow
• Supporting complex variant configuration, pricing structures, and approval workflows
• Driving logistics and inventory processes including GR/GI, stock visibility, and proof of delivery/installation
• Acting as the functional link between business teams and technical developers

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD within ECC or S/4HANA environments
• Background working with CPQ platforms and ERP integrations
• Solid understanding of how SD connects with MM and Logistics Execution
• Familiarity with SAP BTP / HANA Cloud environments
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex global business processes
• Confident communicator who can translate technical detail into business language
• Analytical problem-solver with experience troubleshooting CRM–ERP integrations
