🌟 Role-Freelance SAP IBP Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to join our team in a freelance capacity. You’ll support key planning processes across S&OP, Demand, Supply, and Inventory, working closely with business stakeholders in a collaborative and flexible environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Manage tickets and Change Requests (CR)
• Write Functional Analyses and support testing
• Work with Business Units to gather and understand requirements
• Help improve and optimize planning processes

🎯 Required Skills

• Core IBP Expertise
• SAP IBP for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) – mandatory

Experience in at least one of the following:

• IBP for Demand
• IBP for Supply
• IBP for Inventory
• IBP for Response & Supply Orchestration

Soft Skills

• Confident in leading meetings with business stakeholders
• Strong communication and analytical abilities

📌 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SAP IBP or similar roles
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Availability to travel to Bologna 3–6 days per month
• Freelancers are welcome
• No sensitive data processing involved
• Personal laptop required (company device can be provided if needed)
