As part of their continued expansion in 2026, they are now seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant.

Tasks

As an SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering data governance and harmonization strategies for our international clients. You will also be responsible for building the global SAP MDM team over the next few years.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP MDM solutions, including data modelling, cleansing, and consolidation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define master data governance frameworks and policies.
• Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MDM architectures.
• Support integration of MDM with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Provide guidance on best practices for data quality, migration, and lifecycle management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful project delivery from blueprint to go-live.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Experience

• 3+ years' experience with SAP MDM
• Experience with customer vendor integration and material ledger
• Consulting background preferred
• Fluent German and English
