Position description
We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Consultant with deep expertise in SAP ECC financial modules. The ideal candidate will support and optimize financial processes, design and implement new functionalities, and contribute to both local and regional projects. This role requires strong collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders, as well as the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP consulting or SAP module support, with a focus on financial processes.
- Strong functional knowledge in:
- SAP FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking
- SAP CO
- Proven experience in:
- Designing, implementing, and testing SAP functionalities
- Defining business processes and translating them into system specifications
- Identifying gaps and optimizing existing process flows
- Solid understanding of SAP FI integration with:
- MM
- SD
- Real Estate (RE)
- Project System (PS)
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing interfaces and data transfer processes.
- Ability to work in a complex environment, handling various tasks across financial processes and integrations with other systems/solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Understanding of retail processes from store operations to financial workflows.
- IFRS knowledge.
- Experience with:
- Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Investment Management (IM)
- Real Estate Management (RE)
- SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Technical SAP skills (such as debugging or log analysis).
Responsibilities
- Ensure high functionality and stability for all financial processes within SAP.
- Design, customize, and implement new functionalities, improvements, and process optimizations.
- Create and update documentation for processes, functional specifications, and testing scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, local business teams, and regional counterparts to:
- Analyze and understand new requirements
- Identify process dependencies
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, minimizing impact on business
- Plan and coordinate new workflows and unblock challenges
- Provide solutions for financial flow issues and support data transfer processes through various SAP applications.
- Manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently, ensuring quality and timely execution
