Our client is a well-established international organization operating across the Nordic region, who are looking for a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Consultant to support the continued configuration, optimization, and development of the Employee Central module in close collaboration with the HR function.

You will play a key role in developing and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, acting as the bridge between HR and IT, whilst being hands-on in the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Collect and analyze requirements together with HR
• Translate business needs into system configuration
• Explain the consequences of different configuration choices to HR and management
• Lead and/or participate in workshops
• Ensure the solution is adapted to a Nordic organizational context
• Document solutions and working methods
• Contribute best practices within SuccessFactors
