Position description
Our client is a well-established international organization operating across the Nordic region, who are looking for a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Consultant to support the continued configuration, optimization, and development of the Employee Central module in close collaboration with the HR function.
You will play a key role in developing and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, acting as the bridge between HR and IT, whilst being hands-on in the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Collect and analyze requirements together with HR
- Translate business needs into system configuration
- Explain the consequences of different configuration choices to HR and management
- Lead and/or participate in workshops
- Ensure the solution is adapted to a Nordic organizational context
- Document solutions and working methods
- Contribute best practices within SuccessFactors
📍 Stockholm, Sweden (On-site 100%, non-negotiable)
📅 Contract: 6 months (project expected to last up to 24 months)
