Position description
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Onboarding 2.0 & Employee Central)
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a multinational consulting client delivering projects across Europe.
Location: Remote (Europe)
Contract: Freelance / Autónomo
Duration: 6 months
Languages: Spanish and English
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementations
- Provide expertise in Employee Central
- Lead client meetings and workshops
- Mentor junior team members
- Provide ongoing module support
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
- 3+ years’ experience with Employee Central
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and guide a team
