SAP RSH Consultant

Whitehall Resources is currently supporting a global consultancy in the search for an experienced SAP RSH Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis. This role will focus on delivering SAP Resource Scheduling for Maintenance (RSH) solutions within SAP S/4HANA Asset Management environments, helping clients optimize maintenance planning, scheduling, and field workforce management.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement scheduling solutions that improve operational efficiency and asset maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of SAP Resource Scheduling for Maintenance (RSH) projects within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scheduling processes.
• Configure and support SAP PM / EAM solutions related to maintenance planning and technician scheduling.
• Support the implementation of scheduling capabilities to plan, simulate workloads, and allocate technicians based on skills and availability.
• Work closely with planners and operations teams to improve maintenance planning and dispatch processes.
• Support user training and adoption of scheduling and maintenance solutions.
• Participate in presales activities and support the development of Statements of Work where required.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP EAM or SAP Plant Maintenance.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing SAP MRS or SAP Resource Scheduling for Maintenance (RSH).
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP PM including work orders, work centers, maintenance plans, and personnel assignments.
• Good understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and dispatch processes.
• Experience working within asset-intensive industries such as utilities, energy, manufacturing, or transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline is preferred.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM).
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Asset Management environments.
