A globally operating manufacturing organisation with a large internal IT landscape is looking to strengthen its SAP Technology team. The company supports complex system environments and continuously develops its technology platforms with a strong focus on future-ready, scalable solutions.

Tasks

• Provide strategic consulting in the area of SAP technology and system architecture
• Analyse, design, and implement modern SAP solutions across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Take technical responsibility for SAP implementation, migration, and transformation projects
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal specialist departments and development teams
• Further develop and maintain existing SAP system landscapes, including S/4HANA transformations
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for internal stakeholders
• Ensure stable operation and ongoing optimisation of the SAP system landscape
• Coordinate and manage external service providers
• Participate in on-call duties as required

Profile

• At least 6 years of professional experience in SAP technology consulting or a comparable in-house role
• In-depth expertise in several of the following areas: SAP Basis, SAP BTP, Fiori, ABAP, Java, Solution Manager, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and database technologies
• Strong experience in SAP system architecture, integration scenarios (e.g. middleware and cloud integration), and SAP security
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Experience with ALE/IDoc processing is an advantage
• Experience in SAP ABAP development is an advantage
• Fluent German and very good English skills
