About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Manager with deep expertise across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics to join a leading consulting firm supporting major digital transformation programmes across Europe. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering S/4HANA-enabled supply chain solutions, guiding clients through complex transformation journeys, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Advisory

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Logistics transformation programmes for large, multinational clients.
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on best-practice process design, system architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
• Act as the functional lead in one or more SAP domains (e.g., MM, PP, EWM, TM, IBP, or related S/4 modules).
• Conduct assessments, develop solution blueprints, and oversee delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

Programme Leadership

• Manage large, multi-workstream SAP projects and cross-functional teams across Europe.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance development to consultants and managers.
• Ensure project governance, quality assurance, risk management, and alignment with client objectives.

Business Development

• Support pre-sales efforts including proposal development, client presentations, solutioning, and estimation.
• Identify new opportunities within client accounts and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for the firm’s SAP Supply Chain practice.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics consulting.
• Proven delivery leadership in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes (mandatory).
• Functional expertise in one or more modules: SCM, OTC, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, EWM, TM, WM, IBP, or related S/4 capabilities.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across plan, source, make, and deliver.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-country SAP programmes.
• Experience working within a management consulting or digital transformation environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Fluent English (spoken and written). Spanish is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to travel across the EU as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in greenfield or brownfield S/4HANA implementations.
• Background delivering in manufacturing-heavy industries such as automotive, pharma, industrials, or FMCG.
• Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies: BTP, Fiori, IBP, Signavio, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
