SAP PP-PI Consultant (S/4HANA Greenfield)

We are looking for an elite SAP PP-PI Consultant with deep expertise in Serialisation to join a S/4HANA Greenfield implementation for a major German Pharmaceutical client.

You will enter at the Design Workshop phase, ensuring that production processes are not only efficient but also fully compliant with global track-and-trace regulations.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Design & Blueprinting: Lead and facilitate design workshops to define end-to-end manufacturing processes within S/4HANA, specifically tailored for Life Sciences.
• Process Modelling: Design complex Master Recipes, PI Sheets, and Material Quantity Calculations (MQC) while ensuring GxP compliance??????
• Serialisation & Track & Trace: Design the integration between the S/4HANA production layer and SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals) or SAP Corporate Serialisation.
• MES Integration: Architect the seamless integration between S/4HANA and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure real-time data flow and shop-floor automation.
• Testing & Validation: Drive the testing phase, ensuring all custom developments and standard configurations meet stringent pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business process owners and the technical build team.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of deep expertise in SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries).
• S/4HANA Mastery: Proven experience in at least one full-lifecycle S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
• Industry Expertise: Strong background in the Life Sciences/Pharma sector, with a solid understanding of CSV (Computer System Validation) and GxP requirements.
• Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with MES integration (e.g., Korber Werum PAS-X, SAP ME, or similar).
• Language: Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant advantage for stakeholder communication.

Project Logistics

• Start Date: ASAP.
• Location: Germany (On-site 3 days per week during Design and Testing phases).
• Duration: Initial contract for the Design phase with a high likelihood of extension through Go-Live.
