The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and presentation skills, enabling them to design and clearly communicate SAP Finance solutions to clients. They should be comfortable conducting process analysis and translating business requirements into system solutions. A strong interest in optimising and harmonising finance and controlling processes is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and actively contribute to client workshops and project meetings
• Analyse and optimise SAP FI/CO processes (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling)
• Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Present solutions and recommendations in a clear and structured manner
• Support testing, training and go-live activities
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO consulting or a comparable role
• Strong understanding of accounting and controlling processes
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment
