Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Compensation, Performance & Goals, Employee Central)

We are seeking a hands-on, technical consultant to lead implementations and configurations for Compensation, Performance & Goals, and Employee Central modules.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience, with a proven track record of end-to-end implementations for the Compensation and Performance & Goals modules.

Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise in configuring SAP SuccessFactors systems to meet business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles, including gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing, and providing post-go-live support.
• Languages: Fluency in German (mandatory) and proficiency in English.
• Location: Must be based in the EU and eligible to work remotely.
