Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Compensation, Performance & Goals, Employee Central)
Location: Remote (EU-based)
Language Requirement: (MUST BE) Fluent German
Are you a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong technical expertise? Join a well-established organization that specializes in delivering innovative HR and payroll solutions across Europe. We are seeking a hands-on, technical consultant to lead implementations and configurations for Compensation, Performance & Goals, and Employee Central modules.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience, with a proven track record of end-to-end implementations for the Compensation and Performance & Goals modules.
Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in configuring SAP SuccessFactors systems to meet business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Experience managing full project lifecycles, including gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing, and providing post-go-live support.
- Languages: Fluency in German (mandatory) and proficiency in English.
- Location: Must be based in the EU and eligible to work remotely.
