We are looking for a consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Master level) and Performance & Goals to support the ongoing evolution of HR systems. You will ensure alignment with business needs, lead process analysis, and implement improvements to enhance end‑to‑end HR performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide evolutionary support for Employee Central and Performance & Goals.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements.
• Implement SuccessFactors configurations for process enhancement and change management.
• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Contribute to solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with SuccessFactors EC and Performance & Goals.
• Master proficiency in Employee Central; expert level recommended for Performance & Goals.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and system configuration.
