Background

Our international client is currently undertaking a major S/4HANA transformation programme and is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 O2C Functional Consultant to play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Order-to-Cash stream. The position sits within a dynamic, multinational project team and involves direct interaction with the Global Trade Services (GTS) workstream, ensuring smooth integration and business process alignment across systems.

Activities

• Analyse and assess the impact of GTS on S/4 processes, ensuring proper documentation and configuration.
• Perform system configuration and deliver functional documentation in line with global design standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to define functional specifications and support the implementation of custom developments related to GTS.
• Prepare and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing activities (for both configuration and custom objects).
• Provide support for project testing cycles, including data preparation using S/4 knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient solution delivery and post-go-live stability.

Needs

• Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA O2C processes.
• Knowledge of other S/4 modules (e.g. MM, SD, or FI) is advantageous.
• Experience in performing configuration, testing, and documentation with attention to detail and traceability.
