Position description

SAP CRM / CX Lead Consultant - Enterprise Service Solutions (Hybrid) - 6‑Month Contract

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced SAP CRM / CX Lead Consultant for a 6‑month contract supporting a large‑scale enterprise CRM and Service transformation for one of our key clients in Belgium.

This role focuses on delivering and leading SAP‑standard CRM and Service Management solutions, improving service processes, agent efficiency, and business alignment across complex enterprise environments. This is a hands‑on lead consultant role, combining solution design, stakeholder guidance, and coaching - not a purely technical or development‑only assignment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate complex business challenges into sustainable SAP CRM and S/4HANA Service solutions, while guiding junior consultants and ensuring long‑term platform value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP CRM and S/4HANA Service solutions
  • Translate business requirements into clear, SAP‑standard functional and technical designs
  • Facilitate and lead workshops to define best‑practice SAP solutions
  • Perform and oversee SAP CRM customisation and configuration activities
  • Work hands‑on with CRM 7.0 / S/4HANA CM components (WebUI, IC, UI framework)
  • Guide, coach, and support junior consultants within the project team
  • Proactively engage and convince stakeholders through clear communication and leadership
  • Ensure delivered solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with SAP standards

Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Lead IT / CRM Consultant within enterprise environments
  • Proven expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 and SAP S/4HANA Customer Management / Service
  • Solidhands‑on experience with:
    • WebUI & WebClient UI
    • Interaction Center
    • UI Component Workbench
    • BOL / GenIL programming
  • Experience with SAP CRM on‑premise; SAP CX knowledge is a strong plus
  • SAP IS‑U experience, combining business insight with analytical thinking
  • Leadership mindset with a collaborative, innovative, and pragmatic approach

Assignment Details

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Workload: Full‑time
  • Location: Close to Limburg
  • Onsite: 2 days per week (Hybrid)
