Lead Consultant wanted for SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or Onboarding

For an ongoing implementation at a healthcare provider, we are urgently looking for an experienced Lead Consultant SAP SuccessFactors with experience in Employee Central and/or Onboarding.

The consultant must be strong in stakeholder management, have good communication skills, and be able to independently prepare and lead fit-to-standard and deep-dive workshops.

Responsibilities

• Dutch-speaking
• Preparing workshops with support from a consultant
• Facilitating workshops
• Elaborating outcomes together with the supporting consultant
• Creating functional designs and workbooks
• Configuring together with the team
• Supporting the go-live phase

We are looking for someone with proven experience in workshop facilitation, functional design, workbooks, and configuration within SuccessFactors.
