Overview

We are supporting a global healthcare organisation in appointing an SAP MDG Lead to drive master data strategy and delivery as part of a wider S/4HANA transformation programme.

This role is critical in establishing scalable data governance, improving data quality, and enabling consistent master data processes across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP MDG delivery (design, implementation, stabilisation)
• Drive governance across Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance data domains
• Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and GBS
• Define and implement standardised master data processes and workflows
• Ensure strong data quality, governance, and adoption across regions
• Act as the interface between business, AMS, and technical delivery teams
• Support ongoing transformation initiatives within an S/4HANA landscape
  
  

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years' experience in SAP, with deep focus on SAP MDG (S/4HANA)
• Proven track record leading global MDG implementations across multiple domains
• Strong experience in data governance, process standardisation, and transformation programmes
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across global functions
• Strong communication skills with both functional and technical teams
• Languages: English required | Spanish or French beneficial
