Position description
Hiring: SAP Functional Lead – Service Management (S/4HANA)
We are currently looking for a top-tier SAP Functional Lead to join a large-scale Business Transformation Program focused on simplifying and standardizing business processes, data, and digital architecture. This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in driving scalability and ensuring successful deployment.
Location: Grenoble, France
Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
Travel: 1 week per month across Europe
Language: English (Mandatory)
Role Overview
You will lead the Services stream, focusing on:
• Service Orders
• Repair Orders
• End-to-end Field Service planning & execution
This role requires someone who can challenge design decisions, close gaps, and de-risk Go-Live in a complex transformation environment.
Must-Have Skills
• Strong experience in Services / After-Sales / Field Service processes
• Expertise in: Service Orders & Repair Orders
• Dispatching, Scheduling, Execution & Confirmations
Hands-on experience with:
• SAP CS / SAP PM / SAP SD / SAP MM (ECC)
• SAP Service Management (S/4HANA)
• SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
Proven ability to:
• Drive scope & solution design finalization
• Resolve functional gaps with business & technical teams
• Support build, testing & cutover readiness
• Strong stakeholder management & decision-making skills
Nice to Have / Recommended
• Experience working on large-scale transformation or deployment programs
• Exposure to multi-country rollouts
• Ability to work in fast-paced, scalable environments
