Position description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join this exciting long term project and take a driving role in enhancing and optimizing our clients digital HR ecosystem. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex HR process challenges and leveraging SuccessFactors to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of key SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on:
    • Employee Central (EC)
    • Compensation
    • Performance & Goals
    • additional SuccessFactors modules
  • Translate business requirements into functional, user‑friendly SuccessFactors configurations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and module enhancements.
  • Support and maintain SuccessFactors workflows, business rules, permissions, and data structures.
  • Partner closely with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business needs.
  • Support quarterly SAP releases through testing, validation, and change execution.
  • Document configurations, create training materials, and guide users through new functionalities.
  • Manage incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with AMS or external vendors as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands‑on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
  • Strong functional expertise in Employee CentralCompensation, and Performance & Goals.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules (EC strongly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, data models, and organizational structures.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations (e.g., SAP CPI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilled in testing, documentation, and functional troubleshooting.

Project details:
* Start: ASAP- January/February 2026
* Duration: 12+ months with extensions
* 20 to 24 hours per week,
* Location: Remote
