Overview

An experienced SAP Service Management consultant is required to support the delivery of S/4HANA Service Management solutions within a complex utilities environment. This role focuses on solution design, configuration, and implementation across service and asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture service and operational requirements
• Design and configure S/4HANA Service Management solutions aligned to SAP best practices
• Deliver end-to-end service management functionality including planning, scheduling, execution, and asset-related processes
• Take ownership of solution design and support implementation activities
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure successful delivery
• Produce core delivery documentation such as functional designs, test scenarios, and training materials
• Support the use of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) where required
• Apply SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to enable effective maintenance operations
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and team capability building

Required Experience

• 7+ years' hands-on experience delivering SAP Service Management solutions
• Proven S/4HANA implementation experience within the Utilities sector
• Strong understanding of Service Management, SAP PM, and integration with modules such as SD and MM
• Experience working in a lead or senior functional role
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

• SAP certifications in Utilities or related areas
• Experience with EAM and full asset lifecycle management in S/4HANA
• Exposure to SAP FSM in asset-intensive environments
