SAP P2P Consultant

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid)

Contract: Long-term contract (2–3 years potential)

Start Date: ASAP preferred

We are seeking an experienced SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) Consultant to join a global SAP Centre of Excellence, supporting the APAC region. This is a hands-on role within an S/4HANA environment, focused on operational support, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement across international teams.

You will act as a subject matter expert for PTP, working closely with business users, resolving incidents, supporting enhancements, and ensuring alignment with the global SAP template.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as SAP P2P SME supporting APAC business operations
• Support and enhance SAP S/4HANA PTP processes
• Manage incidents, change requests, and small-scale initiatives
• Ensure compliance with global SAP standards and templates
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Support knowledge transfer and mentor junior team members where required

Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Minimum 5+ years SAP P2P experience
• Strong expertise in SAP MM / Inventory Management
• Exposure to VIM
• Solid understanding of P2P integration with SD, PP, and FICO
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA (support or project-based)
• Ability to work independently within a global, remote matrix environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
