Position description
As a SAP Hana Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the technical architecture of the SAP Hana platform, focusing on memory management, data replication, and security. You will collaborate closely with development teams, internal SAP Basis specialists, and external vendors to ensure stability, performance, and scalability of the platform, while also participating in technical migrations and cloud initiatives.

A successful SAP Hana Specialist should have:
- Expertise in SAP Hana XSA, technical architecture, memory management, and database scaling.
- Advanced knowledge of SDI and database objects (SAP and Oracle).
- Experience in optimizing performance, ensuring platform stability, and managing security/user access.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (ideally SAFe) and experience in cloud migrations.
