SAP HCM Polish Payroll Consultant

Contract Duration: 3 months

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Polish Payroll Consultant with strong configuration skills to support a payroll delivery project. The ideal consultant will bring 10+ years’ experience in SAP HCM Polish Payroll and deep expertise in Polish payroll legislation, processes, and SAP best practices.

You will work closely with functional and technical teams, client payroll SMEs, and integration partners to deliver a robust, standardised, and scalable payroll solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support payroll design workshops, gathering business requirements and mapping them to SAP standard processes
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts
• Configure SAP HCM Polish Payroll in line with agreed designs
• Execute and support Payroll Unit Testing (PUT), System Integration Testing (SIT), Parallel Payroll Testing (PPT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support payroll data migration activities (historic payroll data, tax, benefits, pensions, loans, etc.)
• Provide payroll expertise during cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare
• Ensure all deliverables align with SAP best practices, client standards, and project governance

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP HCM Polish Payroll
• Strong payroll configuration expertise
• In-depth knowledge of Polish payroll legislation and statutory requirements
• Experience working across testing phases (SIT, UAT, PPT)
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment

• End-to-end payroll solution build and configuration for Poland
• Functional design and integration specifications
• Payroll testing deliverables (SIT, UAT, PPT)
• Cutover readiness and payroll go-live support
• Hypercare support for at least one full payroll cycle
