Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for Senior SAP Consultant.

Location: Remote from Brasil/Mexico

Employment Type: B2B Contract

FTE: Full-time

Requirements:

• 10–12+ years of hands-on SAP experience.
• Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Solid expertise in one or more of the following SAP functional areas, Customer Service, Logistics, Transportation, Finance (especially Costing), Procurement
• Experience working in complex, international environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and Spanish (both are mandatory).
• English at a professional working proficiency level.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business teams across the LATAM region.
• Design, configure, and support SAP solutions aligned with business processes.
• Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide functional expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and improve system performance.
