Position description
Role: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant
Location: Offshore - India/ 100% Remote
Employment Type: Open for Contract or Permanent with K2
Work Timings: 4:00 am to 12:00 pm IST
Required Skills/Experience:
We are looking for senior-level professionals with experience in:
- SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SuccessFactors APIs
- Mass data updates
- Report development, including Story Reporting
- Previous experience with Fieldglass (preferred)
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Fieldglass integration errors.
- Performing manual corrections in S/4HANA for replication errors.
- Updating LMS information for contingent workers.
- Monitoring records in CORE and LMS access.
- Analyzing issues and supporting the redesign of the solution.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in Learning Management Systems
• Over 3 years of professional experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Over 8 years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors
