We are seeking a highly experienced Senior OTC Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise to support and optimize global Order-to-Cash processes. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, finance teams, commercial operations, and IT to deliver scalable OTC solutions, drive process improvements, and support transformation initiatives across the organization.

Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or med-tech environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

OTC Process Leadership

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes.
• Support end-to-end OTC activities including:
• Customer master data
• Order management
• Pricing and rebates
• Delivery and shipping
• Billing and invoicing
• Returns management
• Credit management
• Accounts receivable integration
• Drive process standardization and best practices across regions and business units.

Business Partnering

• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise during project workshops and design sessions.
• Support business process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
