Recruit 121 is seeking a Senior SAP IS-U Consultant with deep expertise in the Billing module to lead billing strategy, system configuration, and delivery across a multi-phase implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Define billing strategy, rate design, and billing schema configuration

• Gather and document business requirements for billing, invoicing, and budget billing processes

• Lead blueprint workshops with stakeholders to align on billing rules, calendar logic, and exception handling

• Analyse current-state billing processes and system configuration

• Identify gaps in rate determination, proration, rounding, and billing period logic

• Assess integration points with adjacent IS-U modules (Device Management, FICA, CRM) and third-party systems

• Facilitate workshops with business users, technical teams, and vendors to align on solution design

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers where customisation is required

• Drive alignment on delivery plans, testing strategies, and deployment timelines

• Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for billing cycles

• Deliver key-user training and create end-user documentation

• Lead cutover activities and technical handover to support teams

• Provide hypercare support for billing runs, mass processing, and exception resolution

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Expertise

• Proven experience as an SAP IS-U Consultant with at least one full implementation or rollout project in the Billing area

• Deep functional knowledge of billing schemas, rate determination

• Strong understanding of budget billing, billing simulation, invoicing, and period-end mass billing runs

• Experience configuring SAP IS-U (customising tables, rate structures, and billing control parameters)
