The Opportunity

As a Senior SAP IS-U Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end SAP transformation programmes, helping utility organisations modernise and future-proof their SAP IS-U environments as part of large-scale SAP S/4HANA initiatives.

Working directly with business stakeholders, you will analyse existing business processes, facilitate workshops, design future-state solutions, and guide customers through some of their most important digital transformation programmes.

Whether supporting S/4HANA migrations, system consolidations, carve-outs, or business harmonisation projects, you will help organisations unlock the full value of their SAP investment while shaping the future of utility operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U workstreams within complex SAP transformation programmes
• Facilitate workshops to analyse, design, implement, and harmonise business processes
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration, transformation, system consolidation, and carve-out projects
• Configure and customise SAP IS-U solutions to meet business requirements
• Advise clients on best practices across SAP IS-U and utility business processes
• Take ownership of work packages and, where appropriate, lead partial project management activities
• Support business development and pre-sales activities by providing SAP IS-U expertise
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the SAP Transformation practice
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the full project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in SAP IS-U consulting or as an SAP IS-U Key User
• Strong hands-on experience customising SAP IS-U solutions
• Experience supporting SAP migrations, harmonisation, or transformation programmes
• Ideally exposure to SAP FI-CA
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Fluent German and professional English language skills
• Willingness to travel when required
