The Opportunity

We are currently supporting a leading global FMCG organisation that is investing heavily in its SAP landscape and broader digital transformation strategy.

As part of continued growth within the SAP team, they are looking to appoint an experienced SAP FI/CO Specialist to support ongoing transformation, optimisation, and enhancement initiatives across their global finance environment.

This position will play a key role in ensuring SAP Finance solutions continue to support evolving business requirements while driving process improvements, system optimisation, and best-practice delivery across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure SAP FI/CO solutions aligned to business requirements
• Support and optimise financial accounting and controlling processes across the organisation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and identify process improvements
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules including MM, SD, and related functional areas
• Provide L3 support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex system issues
• Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure SAP development and enhancements follow best practices
• Contribute to SAP projects and transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA-related activities
• Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP landscape
  
  

Required Experience

• 8+ years of SAP FI/CO experience
• Strong hands-on configuration experience across SAP Finance and Controlling
• Excellent understanding of financial accounting and controlling business processes
• Experience supporting SAP enhancements, implementations, and optimisation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively within a business-facing environment
  
  

Desirable Experience

• SAP S/4HANA project or transformation experience
• SAP FI/CO certification
• Experience working within complex global organisations
• Exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer products environments
