Position description
We are looking for SAP Functional Support Consultants to join a newly formed Application Management / Functional Support team for a confidential end client. This is a support-focused engagement, not an implementation or migration project.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve end-user and key-user SAP incidents
- Perform functional analysis and troubleshooting
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation for developers
- Support knowledge transfer and handover activities
- Work with business users to resolve functional issues
- Participate in testing and validation when required
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on SAP functional support experience
- Experience in at least one of: SAP FI/CO, SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), or SAP MM/SD
- Experience supporting business users in an AMS/support environment
- Understanding of cross-module integrations
- Ability to write functional specifications
- Good level of English
Nice to Have
- SAP Treasury (SWIFT)
- Basic ABAP debugging or authorization knowledge
- SAP Fiori, reporting tools, SAP Query
- S/4HANA or SuccessFactors project exposure
