Recruit 121 is looking for an experienced SAP TM Consultant with strong SAP Business Network for Logistics (BNL/LBN) integration expertise to join a fast-moving international project.

This is an initial 6-month freelance contract with likely extensions, offering the chance to work remotely while contributing to a key logistics transformation program.

The Opportunity

As part of a collaborative global team, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and integrating SAP TM processes with SAP BNL/LBN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP TM implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and optimize SAP TM processes: planning, execution, freight order & charge management, and settlement.
• Design and manage integration with SAP BNL/LBN (carrier collaboration, freight visibility, document exchange).
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (EDI, APIs, CPI, PI/PO).
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
• Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for TM and LBN.
• Engage closely with stakeholders to translate logistics needs into solid SAP solutions.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP TM consulting experience.
• Proven background in SAP TM–LBN/BNL integration.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, execution, and charge management.
• Experience in S/4HANA environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration tools (CPI, PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English and available to start immediately.
