We’re looking for an SAP Integration Suite Consultant with strong SuccessFactors integration experience to join a high-performing global integration team.

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and other SAP or non-SAP systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite tools such as CPI, API Management, and Event Mesh.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end integrations between SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and other systems
• Build and maintain iFlows, APIs, and event-driven integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Mgmt, Event Mesh)
• Define integration standards, governance, and reusable templates
• Translate HR and SuccessFactors business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure integrations meet security and performance standards (OAuth2, SAML, X.509)
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing interfaces
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in SAP integration technologies
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI
• Expertise in SuccessFactors integration (EC, Recruiting, Payroll, Learning, etc.)
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting, JSON, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP
• Knowledge of API-led architecture, message mapping, and security protocols
• Familiar with IDoc, ABAP Proxy, OData services
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with S/4HANA and third-party systems
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
