Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP BW/4HANA Consultant to join a high-profile project for an international banking client. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, data modeling, and analytics, with hands-on experience in development, design, and implementation. This role requires both technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BW/4HANA design and implementation activities, including data modeling, extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Develop and optimize data models using LSA++ architecture principles
• Deliver high-quality solutions in ABAP, ABAP CDS Views, SQL Script, and BRF+
• Work on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Embedded Analytics, and Analysis for Office (AFO) reporting
• Support SAP S/4HANA integration, with exposure to FI, CO, MM, SD modules
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and sub-senior consultants on the project
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Participate in solution design workshops, technical reviews, and on-site client engagements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7–10 years of SAP BW/BW4HANA experience
• Strong expertise in BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, data warehousing, and SAP analytics
• Hands-on experience in ABAP programming, data extraction, and reporting
• Experience with BPC Embedded (10.1/11.0) and Integrated Planning
• Familiarity with LSA++ architecture, HANA Calculation Views, and CDS Views
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
• Proven track record of working in international projects and client-facing roles
