Role: SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

Duration: 12 months + Extension

The client is embarking on a strategic program to enhance and streamline its Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) processes within the SAP landscape. The initiative focuses on optimizing the integration between Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM), improving visibility across procurement, inventory, and maintenance operations.

The selected SAP Tech Lead will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable SAP solutions that support these business-critical functions. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, the consultant will ensure end-to-end alignment, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to deployment and post-go-live optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP technical workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions that support MRO processes.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to ensure alignment between technical design and business needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to technical team members.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP PM in implementation and/or support projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of MRO processes within SAP (MM, PM, Ariba or related modules).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and integration points with MRO.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to procurement and inventory optimization.
