Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, you will play a central role in advising enterprise clients on the digitalization and optimization of their procurement and supplier management processes. You will lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to solution design, proposal development, and project execution for high-profile national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational consulting on procurement processes, including purchasing, supplier management, and spend management.
• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement solutions, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support clients in transitioning from SAP ECC MM to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring process alignment and change management success.
• Analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and translate them into technical solutions in collaboration with development teams.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation, solution presentations, and client workshops.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the Procurement Competence Center.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement or SAP ECC MM, with a strong focus on purchasing and procurement processes.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end procurement cycles, supplier management, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, PP).
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
