Tasks

• System Management & Development: Maintain and enhance a complex hybrid system environment based on SAP technologies.
• Security & Compliance: Apply security updates and strengthen system defenses using modern tools and best practices.
• Cloud Services: Deploy and manage services within a cloud-based enterprise platform (SAP BTP).
• Technical Ecosystem Support: Provide operational support for a variety of related components such as web gateways, document servers, and integration connectors.
• High Availability Operations: Participate in an on-call rotation to help ensure uninterrupted system availability around the clock.

Profile

• Educational Background: Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field of study or training.
• SAP Expertise: Solid experience in managing SAP environments, particularly with NetWeaver AS ABAP and/or JAVA.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server and SAP HANA database systems.
• Security Focus: Strong understanding of IT security principles, especially within SAP landscapes.
• Cloud Interest: Initial exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) is a plus.
• Collaboration Experience: Comfortable working with external service providers and data center operations.
• Teamwork & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in German (spoken and written) with solid English communication skills.
