Position: SAP Consultant – Order to Cash (O2C)

Role Overview

As the internal expert for the Order to Cash (O2C) domain, you’ll take full ownership of related systems and processes. You’ll ensure operational stability, lead improvement initiatives, and manage projects across European and UK operations. While external partners handle much of the technical execution, you’ll coordinate their work, validate solutions, and remain hands-on for key tasks and urgent changes.

You’ll maintain deep knowledge of O2C processes—order entry, delivery, invoicing, credit management, collections, and cash application—and their integration within SAP S/4HANA. You’ll also support testing, training, and demos, while staying ahead of system developments and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the O2C process area, ensuring system stability, performance, and timely resolution of issues.
• Manage external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and business satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs aligned with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Oversee configuration, development, and deployment activities with external partners.
• Coordinate testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure smooth go-lives and knowledge transfer.
• Take direct ownership of smaller changes and urgent projects, including configuration and support.
• Monitor system performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements.
• Promote automation and process simplification across O2C operations.
