Recruit 121 is looking for a Master Data Manager to take ownership of enterprise data governance, quality, and consistency across multiple business domains.

In this role, you’ll ensure that all critical business data — including customer, supplier, product, employee, financial, and regulatory information — is properly maintained and optimized within SAP S/4HANA and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and centralize key company master data across systems.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all business functions.
• Design and implement data governance frameworks, standards, and quality control processes.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, and validation activities for SAP and related platforms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT teams to align data structures with business needs.
• Manage data distribution and synchronization across departments and systems.
• Develop and execute SQL queries and reporting scripts for analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Support S/4HANA configuration and integration related to master data management.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on data policies, workflows, and best practices.
• Monitor data lifecycle management processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management or a similar data governance role.
• Strong proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and SQL.
• Solid understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Hands-on experience in data modelling, cleansing, and migration.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with SAP modules FI/CO, SD, and MM, especially regarding data structures and dependencies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
