On behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors ECP

Role: SAP SuccessFactors ECP

Location: 100% remote

Start: ASAP

End: 12 months+ extension

Capacity: 8h/day, 3 days/week

Language: English (C2), German (C2)

Job Description:

• Analyse business requirements and design SAP Payroll solutions to meet them, including configuration, testing, and support.
• Configure and support country-specific (Germany in this case) payroll as per client or business needs.
• Assist in the design and execution of payroll interfaces, including third-party vendors, banks, and government agencies.
• Document configuration, processes, and system design in accordance with internal policies and audit requirements.
• Implement and configure SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in alignment with global and local payroll requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and ECP, including time management and finance modules.
• Design and configure schemas, rules, wage types, and off-cycle payroll processes in the ECP system.
• Conduct end-to-end testing including unit, integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end integration of SAP Payroll with other SAP modules (e.g., Time Management, Personnel Administration, Finance)
