🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Development Lead to take full ownership of development activities across SAP ERP, Fiori, GTS, and SCM systems - all in a remote setup.

You’ll lead and mentor a team of SAP developers, ensure high-quality code standards, and drive the adoption of modern SAP technologies like SAP BTP, Clean Core, and CDS Views.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on SAP expert who enjoys both technical depth and team leadership in an international environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a remote team of SAP Developers (ABAP/Fiori).

Plan and manage development resources across multiple projects.

Ensure high code quality through best practices, reviews, and standardization.

Design and implement scalable SAP solutions in ERP, Fiori, GTS, and SCM.

Drive innovation with modern SAP technologies (BTP, Clean Core, CDS Views).

Design and manage integrations using the SAP Integration Suite.

Provide 3rd-level support for complex technical issues.

🎓 Requirements

Degree in (Business) Informatics or related technical field.

5–7+ years of experience in SAP Development (ABAP/Fiori).

At least 3 years of experience in one SAP module (MM, PP, SD, or CS).

Proven experience leading or mentoring developer teams.

Strong knowledge of modern SAP concepts (CDS, OData, RAP, BTP).

Excellent German (B2-C1) and English communication skills.

Comfortable working in a fully remote, international setup.
