Position description

In-House | Manufacturing Industry | Salary up to 95.000€

Responsibilities:

  • You independently plan, manage, and coordinate IT projects from conception through implementation.
  • You conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support sound technical and strategic decision-making.
  • You contribute to the ongoing development of the IT roadmap within the Sales and Service domain.
  • You oversee and coordinate external service providers and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • You analyse and assess change requests as part of structured demand management processes.
  • You support business departments in developing technical and functional concepts.
  • You provide technical leadership for project teams and ensure alignment across all involved parties.
  • You coordinate closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • You actively participate in the organisation’s S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification
  • Proven experience in SAP project management, ideally with a focus on the SD module and industry-specific sales processes
  • Strong expertise in cross-system IT architecture and solution design
  • Hands-on experience with SD customising, including interfaces to other SAP modules and related logistics or order processes
  • Knowledge of IDoc analysis and SAP authorisation concepts
  • Basic programming and debugging skills to support error analysis and troubleshooting
  • An understanding of variant configuration is an advantage
  • A structured, independent, and proactive working style combined with strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence when engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Very good command of both German and English
