Position description
In-House | Manufacturing Industry | Salary up to 95.000€
Responsibilities:
- You independently plan, manage, and coordinate IT projects from conception through implementation.
- You conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support sound technical and strategic decision-making.
- You contribute to the ongoing development of the IT roadmap within the Sales and Service domain.
- You oversee and coordinate external service providers and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- You analyse and assess change requests as part of structured demand management processes.
- You support business departments in developing technical and functional concepts.
- You provide technical leadership for project teams and ensure alignment across all involved parties.
- You coordinate closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- You actively participate in the organisation’s S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- A degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in SAP project management, ideally with a focus on the SD module and industry-specific sales processes
- Strong expertise in cross-system IT architecture and solution design
- Hands-on experience with SD customising, including interfaces to other SAP modules and related logistics or order processes
- Knowledge of IDoc analysis and SAP authorisation concepts
- Basic programming and debugging skills to support error analysis and troubleshooting
- An understanding of variant configuration is an advantage
- A structured, independent, and proactive working style combined with strong teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Very good command of both German and English
