Conexus is supporting a leading consulting firm is looking for an SAP Senior Project Manager to join on a permanent basis. This role suits someone who has led complex SAP projects, is comfortable working with executive stakeholders, and brings hands-on experience delivering S/4HANA programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including planning, governance, budgeting and resource management.
• Oversee S/4HANA implementation or transformation workstreams, ensuring scope, timelines and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and functional consultants to drive project outcomes.
• Manage risks, dependencies and change control across multi-country or multi-entity environments.
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment and delivery discipline.
• Support pre-sales activity when needed, including scoping, client workshops and estimating.

Requirements

• Strong track record as a Project Manager within SAP environments.
• Demonstrable experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects (greenfield, brownfield or large upgrades).
• Solid understanding of project methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
• Comfortable managing complex stakeholders in consulting environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.
