We are looking for a Senior SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant to join a leading home appliance manufacturer. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting the SAP CS module, ensuring seamless after-sales service processes and customer service management. This role also involves integrating systems through APIs to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience.

🛠 Skills & Experience

Mandatory:

• Strong expertise in SAP CS

Nice to Have:

• SAP S/4HANA experience
• SAP PM
• SAP EAM
• SAP MM

Experience:

• 6–9 years of relevant SAP consulting experience

Languages:

• Spanish: C1
• English: C1

• Align solutions with business needs and integrate systems via APIs.
• Provide functional support and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support testing, training, and post-go-live activities.
