Description

SAP Rollout Project: Deployment of a corporate template within a Spanish company following a standardized approach. The project includes:

• Preparation of plan and governance framework
• FIT/GAP analysis to adapt global model to local requirements
• Configuration and development of parameters and minimum requirements
• Testing cycles (unit, integration, acceptance)
• User training
• Execution of rollout plan, implementation, and post-implementation support
• Ensuring global consistency and minimal deviation from the standard

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt global financial processes to comply with Spanish legal and tax requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration
• Analyze and adapt global template to Spanish financial regulations and business practices
• Write functional specifications for processes not covered by the global template
• Define functional requirements for financial data migration
• Ensure data consistency and support migration activities
• Provide functional expertise and resolve issues
• Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure alignment
