Your Tasks:

• Work closely with the leadership team of the SAP area to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant operation of all SAP landscapes.
• Lead and coordinate the SAP Basis team, providing technical direction and organizing workloads across daily operations and ongoing projects.
• Contribute your technical expertise to customer projects, including presales activities, effort estimations, technical presentations, and proposal support.
• Take responsibility for designing and implementing modern SAP system architectures, whether on-premise, cloud-based, or hybrid (e.g., RISE with SAP, SAP BTP).
• Collaborate with SAP specialists, system administrators, developers, and clients during project delivery as well as in day-to-day operations.
• Strengthen long-term client relationships by offering high-quality consulting and supporting the continuous evolution of SAP technologies.
• Mentor colleagues in SAP Basis administration across diverse system landscapes, including on-premise and cloud environments.
• Perform monitoring, performance tuning, and issue resolution within complex SAP infrastructures.
• Participate constructively and solution-oriented in critical customer discussions and technical root cause analyses.

Your Profile:

• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis consulting, including the design and planning of SAP system landscapes.
• Solid knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, Fiori, and SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong familiarity with modern cloud offerings such as RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and Cloud ALM.
• Experience in presales processes with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and convincingly to customers.
• Comfortable taking responsibility, whether managing projects or coordinating teams, while maintaining oversight of all moving parts.
• Very good German and English language skills.
