Project Overview

Our client, a leading multinational organization within the FMCG sector, is undergoing a large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation. As the project approaches a critical go-live phase, they are looking to strengthen their program team with experienced SAP Finance professionals who can quickly integrate into the project and deliver immediate value.

This is a complex, end-to-end transformation involving multiple business processes, finance integrations, and international stakeholders across Europe and the Americas.

Role Overview

We are seeking Senior SAP FICO / Finance Consultants with strong S/4HANA implementation experience to support a major global transformation program.

The ideal candidate combines deep functional finance expertise with strong techno-functional capabilities, enabling them to understand integrations, data validation activities, process flows, and cross-functional dependencies throughout the SAP landscape.

Candidates must be capable of working in fast-paced environments and be able to contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Participate in workshops, solution design sessions, and business process discussions.
• Drive end-to-end finance process implementation and optimization.
• Understand and manage integrations between Finance and other SAP modules.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and migration-related activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.
• Assist with testing, defect resolution, and go-live readiness activities.
• Support global deployment activities across multiple regions.
• Provide hands-on expertise during critical project phases and hypercare periods.
  
  

Required Experience

• 7-9+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Proven experience with SAP FICO in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Multiple end-to-end implementation or transformation project deliveries.
• Solid understanding of integrated business processes across SAP modules.
• Experience supporting large-scale global transformation programs.
• Ability to work in both functional and technical discussions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or similarly complex industries.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and integrations across multiple SAP modules, beyond Finance alone.
• Demonstrated ability to become productive quickly and deliver value from day one in fast-paced project environments.
• Strong techno-functional skillset, combining business process expertise with hands-on SAP knowledge, including data validation and migration activities.
• Experience supporting critical project phases, including testing, go-live, hypercare, and post-deployment support.
• Exposure to global template rollouts, international deployments, and multi-country transformation programs.
• Previous experience working within large multinational organizations, ideally in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or similarly complex industries.
• Solid understanding of master data processes, governance, and migration within SAP transformation programs.
• Able to clearly articulate their role, responsibilities, and achievements in previous S/4HANA implementations.
• Comfortable operating under tight deadlines and supporting business-critical go-live activities across global teams and locations.
