On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a hands-on Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join a large-scale SAP IBP transformation.

Role Details:

• Duration: 12+ Months Contract
• Location: Remote (Europe-Based)
• Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview: This is an operational, hands-on change management role focused on executing day-to-day OCM activities, training coordination, stakeholder mapping, and business user adoption across multiple SAP IBP workstreams.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 5+ years of experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM) supporting large-scale transformations.
• Strong focus on business department engagement, user readiness, and adoption.
• Hands-on execution in change readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and training coordination.
• Familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences sector is a strong bonus.
• Prosci or CCMP certification is highly desirable.
• Experience using SAP Enable Now to create and manage training/communication content is a plus.
• Excellent organisational, administrative, and stakeholder communication skills.
