HCM Basis Consultant

On behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for a HCM Basis Consultant

Role: SAP HCM Basis Consultant

Location: Remote

Working Pattern: 1-2 days per week, 8 h a day

Duration: 1-3 months + extension

Purpose of Engagement

Provide independent consulting services to support the preparation, implementation, testing, and deployment readiness of the DLR-related SAP S/4HANA solution. The engagement is focused on delivering defined project artifacts, configuration outcomes, and deployment support deliverables.

 

Scope of Service

Task 1: Delivery Preparation and Implementation Planning

Deliverables

• Implementation readiness assessment document.

• Responsibility matrix defining activities, owners, dependencies, and target dates.

• Agreed implementation and deployment roadmap.

Acceptance Criteria

• Documentation is submitted and reviewed.

• Roles, responsibilities, and milestones are clearly defined.

• Open dependencies and risks are documented with mitigation recommendations.

Task 2: SAP S/4HANA Configuration Deliverables

Deliverables

• Completed SAP S/4HANA configuration for the agreed functional scope.

• Configuration documentation and transport records.

• Handover document describing implemented solution components.

Acceptance Criteria

• Required configuration objects are implemented and documented.

• Solution components are deployable in the target environment.

• Configuration documentation is complete and aligned with agreed requirements.

Task 3: Test Support Deliverables

Deliverables

• Test preparation package, including test execution guidance and test evidence templates.

• Defect analysis report with recommendations.

• Test completion summary.

Acceptance Criteria

• Test-related artifacts are delivered and reviewed.

• Identified issues are documented and categorized.

• Resolution recommendations are provided for all relevant findings.

Deliverables

• Go-live readiness assessment.
